This ensures it can fit horses of different builds and back curves.
To make drying as convenient as possible for horse owners, a specially designed drying hood, also made from 100% Egyptian cotton, can be purchased to complement the cooler rug.
By using the hood, you can ensure water is wicked away not just from the horse’s back, hindquarters, and belly, but also from the neck, reducing the risk of chills.
Egyptian cotton is known for its fade-resistant colors, and towels made from it absorb water incredibly well. Moreover, no other cotton is as soft and pleasant to the touch, while also—importantly in the stable – being durable.
It is hypoallergenic, resistant to stretching, and doesn’t pill, even with intensive use. Additionally, it’s easy to maintain cleanliness.
Egyptian cotton is also breathable and adapts to body temperature. It is truly lightweight, significantly improving comfort.
The practical front closure design, successfully used in our other rugs, allows for quick and easy adjustment to fit the chest width and neck thickness.
This ensures it can fit horses of different builds and back curves.
To enhance comfort for both horses and their owners, the Winderen cooler rug is equipped with belly straps that stabilize its position on the horse’s body.
This ensures optimal drying over a larger surface, covering even the lower parts of the belly.
The Quick-Dry cooler comes with a detachable tail strap covered in silicone, which can be cleaned quickly by rinsing with running water.
You can wash the rug at 30°C without strong detergents, using programs suitable for cotton.
Note! We do not recommend leaving the horse to roll in this rug. While Egyptian cotton is highly durable against stretching and pilling, it can still tear.
